Double Room with Ensuite and Private Sitting Room

Granny annex in large detached family period house. Peaceful location, large garden. Lots of parking. You will have a DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH AN ENSUITE BATHROOM AND AN ADJOINING PRIVATE SITTING ROOM. The accommodation is on its own floor so there is lots of privacy. There is use of a shared kitchen.

The room has furniture in it but if you have your own then we are happy to take ours out. It is a blank canvas and you have two rooms to organise as you wish, with or without our furniture.

Being a predominantly female household we would prefer to share our family home with a female please.

We are a family of 4, with 3 well behaved and quiet dogs. We are a kind, considerate, welcoming, easy and happy family.
