Double room in spacious three bedroom house

A spacious three bedroomed house located in the Bispham area in Blackpool. Only ten minutes walk from the promenade, beach and tram stop for quick and easy access to surrounding areas. Large double front bedroom with double bed. The house is set in a peaceful residential area with on street parking. All amenities available and bills included . I have a one year old dog so must be ok with dogs.

I work between home and an office close by. I like to live a quiet and peaceful life so it would ideally suit someone who enjoys their own space, someone who is respectful, tidy, working and/or mature tenants.

I very rarely drink, if at all, so preferably someone similar.
