Room to let all bills included

Hi we have a spare room to rent,

We are easy going laid back and like to have a tidy house, we are 're decorating the bed rooms and the living room are these are near done just waiting for new carpets next week then we will start on the dining room in the new year with the stairs and landing.

The room will come un furnished but will take a double bed and is at the rear of the property.

We are looking for an easy going person who is working

All bills are included council tax, tv, internet, gas, electric and water.
