The room contains a double bed, side table, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedding, duvet and pillows.

In the kitchen there is a washing machine, fridge, sofa, dining table, coffee table, and cutlery.

There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The bathrooms are shared.

All bills included except Gas and electric. Gas and electric shared amongst housemates and added on to the rent every month. (approx. £30-60permonth - dependent upon usage)
