The house is in a quiet location just outside the Town Centre handy for all main amenities and to local Motorways. There is also parking, a good sized lounge, kitchen diner plus a 3rd guest room.

Ideally suited to a younger working/studying person, the other person sharing the house is the owner, who is typically at the house 3/4 nights per week and not normally there at weekends due to sporting commitments and is currently on an Engineering degree apprenticeship.
