The house is fully furnished its recently been fully refurbished a few months ago. It is ready to move from 01/08/24

Bills which are included in the rent are Council tax, water, broadband are included in the rent

Electricity and gas are not. I receive minute by minute updates from the gas and electric company on my app of the usage via smart meters. Every month these charges will be divided by the number of tenants. (Average is approx £50 -60 permonth per tenant).

The reservoir is opposite so you will not have to go far to go for a scenic walk, better yet - open your window to the beautiful fields of horses!
