Description
The house is well furnished and has two reception rooms as well as a garden and a small yard to the front. The double bedroom which is to let has little furniture except a double bed, a pine chest of drawers and very large built - in wardrobes. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern, the kitchen has a washing machine but no tumble drier, fridge freezer, central heating boiler and masses of cupboard space. I have a TV and PC with broadband but as I don't pay the TV licence I don't have the TV connected - can be changed. Council Tax band B
