Room to let in Feniscowles, Blackburn

Double room to let overlooking the canal in Feniscowles, on the edge of Blackburn. It's at the end of a quiet road , but with easy access to junction 4 or 5 the M65. The room has a large fitted wardrobe, its own bathrooom and sole use of a small snug / office with a sofa, desk and chair. The wifi is reliable, fast and included in the rent, if you work from home.

There is an off road parking space along with shared use of a large kitcken - diner and the back garden overlooking the canal. I can make a bit of space available in the garage if you need to store a bike or similar outdoor kit.

Close by there is a Tesco Metro, bus stop (for Chorley / Preston / Blackburn) a pub-restaurant and a cycle or walking route along the canal into Blackburn. Pleasington railway station is a mile away, Royal Blackburn Hospital 4 miles and BAE Systems Samlesbury about 4.5miles.

I'm looking for a professional, non smoking person with references. Preference would be given to people who enjoy sport or the outdoors, over night owls. It's a 3 month initial agreement, then extendable month by month, with a months notice either way. I may consider a shorter term let too.
