Room available in a bungalow

A single room available to rent in a newly refurbished bungalow.

All amenities are within 5 minutes drive. Bus route is only couple of minutes walk. Of site parking available but plenty of parking space on the street.

I'm sorry but it's not a party's house and I really don't to disturb my neighbours. I'm an engineer and I do travel for work and work away most of the times.

I need someone trustworthy who can respect the house and keep it clean.

I can do some adjustments if required for using kitchen, living conservatory and garage.
