Double room in 30s bungalow

Large rooms, high ceilings, 30s bungalow, gardens, large garage, I minute from motorway, loft conversion in progress with en-suite.

Currently sharing bathroom, living room and large kitchen. When the en-suite is completed in the loft the tenant will pretty much have the ground floor bathroom to his/herself. Very warm house. Gas, electric £30 a month, in addition to rent of £300, community charge and water included.

I want someone working or studying. I don't want someone at home all day with the central heating on running up big bills.

1 month rent in advance plus 1 month deposit. I will want references and legally I'm obliged to see proof that you have a right to be in the country.
