Each housemate is allowed to have a friend/partner stay over 1 night at the weekend as long as the friend does not make a nuisance of themselves or disrespects the home or other housemates. (No guests are allowed during Covid restrictions)

Preferably, working individuals or mature students should apply; and only people who will understand the importance of reasonable house rules relating to tidiness, cleanliness and noise. References essential. One month bond & one month's rent in advance ... and sorry, no children, no pets & no smoking inside.
