We have a really nice double room available in our Ascot Road Home available from the beginning of April. We can organise a quick and hassle free reference check and move in.

Situated just off Newton Drive, the house was fully refurbished and is well maintained. There are no parking restrictions at all, it's really handy for the town and not far from Stanley Park.

It is perfectly located for Hospital employees on the bus route the BVH and 20 minutes walk, but all working professionals are welcome to enquire!

Included in the monthly rent are all utility bills, Satellite TV, council tax, High-Speed Wifi and a fortnightly cleaner for shared space.
