House located on a quiet road with no permit, on street parking.
Less than 10 minutes from Blackpool Vic, the town centre and the motorway.
All bills included, with broadband, except food and laundry.
The property also has a decent sized garden to the back of the house which is currently being worked on.
The room is currently dressed as my spare room but all decorative items and bedding will be removed, the furniture (and tv if wanted) will stay.
While smokers are allowed, smoking is not permitted in the house.

I'm a pretty relaxed professional who is reasonably social, but equally abit of a homebod that quite likes a calm night. Home to 1 small, shy cat. Looking for someone who is pretty chilled and able to clean up after themselves.
