The property is less than one minute from Stanley Park and a brisk fifteen minute walk to the hospital. Its close to Whitegate Drive shopping area but on a very quiet road.

We have a cosy single room at £390 pcm. The room has in a single bed as well as a full bedroom set (wardrobe chest of drawers, and bedside table, as well as a desk and chair).

The kitchen has lots of cupboard space, two fridges and a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, There is a dining area within the kitchen and TV on the wall which can be viewed from the kitchen or spun into the sitting room where there are two sofas.

There is a low maintenance garden area outside.

As with all our brilliant homes, all bills are included and we go the extra mile to make our housemates feel at home.
