Each bedroom has its own desk space and chair, ideal for home working or catching up on emails. Bedding packs can be provided at an additional cost.
The shared element of the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and washing machine, a living room complete with Smart TV and fast fibre broadband. There are two shared bathrooms between 4 tenants.
Outdoors is a large sunny garden area and at the front of the property there is on street parking (subject to availability).
And if that isn't enough, we also include all utility bills (subject to fair usage) and council tax, and provide a fortnightly cleaning service for the shared living spaces.
All tenancies are agreed on a minimum 6 month term, subject to application and referencing. A £400 deposit is held with MyDeposits for the duration of your tenancy.
We prefer a female tenant as all other housemates are currently female.
