1 Large downstairs room available in well kept House share near town centre. Close to all amenities and on bus and train routes. . The house has 2 bathrooms in which a cleaner attends once a month. The kitchen has enough storage space for each tenant. Tenants are friendly and have been with me a while, room available. All bills included heating on in winter months morning and evenings only but discussed with everyone.

Workers preferred, couples or pets. It is not a party house just people home so expect people to be courteous to one another.

I work so appointments only, deposit needed and 4 weeks rent in advance.
