I will be living in the property and will also use the lounge, dining room, and kitchen. The house is large enough to have your own space.

Kitchen items like the kettle, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, washing machine, and the condenser tumble dryer can all be used.
There is use of a fridge/freezer which can use.
There is residential parking and I will supply the visitor's parking pass, which you will need to leave on the premises when going out, so any visitors can use, as only have the one permit.
You can apply for own parking permit if you wish to and can be obtained from Blackpool Council at approx £15.

No smokers and No pets.
