Unrestricted street parking is subject to availability at the front of the property.
And if that isn't enough, we also include all utility bills (subject to fair usage) and council tax, and provide a regular cleaning service for the shared living spaces.
All tenancies are agreed on a minimum 6 month term, subject to application and referencing. A £400 deposit is held with MyDeposits for the duration of your tenancy.
