This property is truly a rare gem. Our current tenants have enjoyed living here for nearly five years. Regrettably, one of our residents will be relocating due to career advancements, and we extend our best wishes to her.

Located on Yorkshire Street in Blackpool, the property is just a stone's throw from the promenade, with all local bus and tram routes within a five-minute walk. It is also conveniently close to a variety of amenities.

The images of this remarkable penthouse are sure to pique your interest. The perfect tenant would be a dedicated professional who embraces a 'work hard, play harder' philosophy. Our current tenants, who occupy prominent positions in their careers, greatly value their weekends for socializing, often engaging in quiz nights, enjoying wine and cheese gatherings, and following football and various sports events across the multiple televisions installed in the penthouse.

There is a mutual respect for each other's privacy among the residents, and you may often find them enjoying meals together, sharing a true passion for food. It's not uncommon for the wine and beer to flow on occasion!
