Houseshare near BVH Hospital

Hello, I am placing this ad on my landlady's behalf. She is a lovely old Srilankan lady, who has difficulty in navigating the IT.

It is a 3 bedrooms house that is conveniently within a 5 minute walking distance to Blackpool Victoria Hospital. At one time the house will have only two tenants. And you will be sharing your space with me, I am a doctor working at BVH.

It is a large single bedroom that is fully furnished with bed, double cabinet, and a side table.

You will be sharing the washroom with one other person.

The kitchen is also fully equipped and there is free parking space available

The third room is empty and is occasionally occupied by the landlady when she come visits from London like once or twice a year.

A Clean and non-smoking individual is sought.
