All bills included except electricity for your room, which you top up on line or at the shop across the road via metro meter. You have a double wall cupboard with lock in the shared kitchen, a drawer in the freezer and shelf in the fridge.
All pots, pans cutlery provided and use of microwave, airfryer, and halagen oven etc.
We are 10 minutes walk to town and train station, promenade 2 minutes, lots of shops, takeaways, doctors, buses and trams all walking distance.
This is a non smoking household, but there is a sit in smoke shelter out front for any smokers.
