We live elsewhere in the house, so you will have a lot of privacy and quiet.
Bus stop right outside with buses to central Blackpool or Lytham St Annes every 10 minutes or so. Close to Squires Gate train station with direct trains to Preston.
Main supermarket just across the road. Several excellent restaurants within half a mile or so.
Plenty of on street parking nearby.
Access to a lovely, sunny front garden.
