House Share - Furnished Double Private Bathroom

Hello, first of all thank you for looking at my AD. I have a double(newly renovation) fully furnished bedroom available for the right person! You will have your own bathroom which include a hot tub and private balcony(will be completed after move in). This household is a happy and loving environment with a single dad and his little boy who is 3 years old. You will take the back of the house but have shared access to the living room, kitchen. You will have your own private space with your own fridge, shared use of the washing machines/dryers.

The double bedroom is classed as a master bedroom as I have recently done refurbishments (still going on but will be finished by the time of move in). I’m more than happy to allow viewings of the property now but please keep an open mind as the bedroom will be brand new by the time of move in.

A little more information about the current tenants (me and my little 3 year old) I work within the banking sector which is 9-5. In which within these days and time frame my son goes to nursery.
I have my little boy 50-50 so half of the time. I love football, exercise and keep myself to myself. I’m always happy to go halves on a takeaway however!

The location is 22 Grasmere Road, FY1 5HT(please see floor plan attached.) The upstairs bathroom and bedroom 3,4 are now adjoined to make a massive room.
All bills are included, looking for a friendly and reliable person!
