The flat has been refurbished in 2023
The rooms are bright and spacious (warm in the winter) with lots of natural light from large windows. Each room has a double bed, large wardrobe & desk.
The rooms are not ensuite but the flat has two WC/shower rooms to share between the 4 flatmates, along with a large, newly fitted kitchen/breakfast/lounge room & laundry/utility room.
The building has 3 flats & is safe & well-maintained.
The other two flats have young families.
The gf entrance for the building is shared by everyone.
The property is located just off Lytham Rd in Blackpool, close to shops, cafes, amenities, transport & the sea front (also close to PLAB Academy)
These vacancies are offered to single, non-smoking professionals. Ideally, relaxed, tidy and considerate of others, with a proverbial day job.
We accept a month's rent in advance and one month's rent deposit.
All bills and c. tax (Band B) are covered, including gas central heating & 24hr, unlimited, 100mbps, fibre, wireless broadband.
You'll appreciate that this is not a wild party house but rather a home... Very friendly and casual but where tranquility & calm are the norm.
