Single occupancy double room in modern house

Single occupancy double room available in modern, 3 bed house in south shore blackpool. Shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and office space. I work from home 3 days per week. I have a beautiful British shorthair cat called Nala. She is a house cat so any occupants must be cat friendly and take care when entering and leaving the property. Parking always available outside the front of the house. Access to large back garden. Close to bus, tram and train links. 10 minute walk to beach. 5 minute drive to town. I spend most weekends visiting my partner in Keswick. Some weekends she comes here.
