Double Room to let

Professional with spare double room available for doctor / nurse / medical student. This isnt set in stone however must be employed full time. Would prefer longer let but will consider shorter let.

Father lives at property but sleeps outside in conversion. He utilises kitchen and living room in the daytime.

I have a dog. She is a 4 year old black labrador /staffie. Very friendly.

The available double bedroom situated upstairs in house right next to the bathroom.

I work all the time but am home most nights unless working out of town.

The rent includes all bills.
