Off street parking for two cars and on street parking always available.
The room comes with a smart TV and all furnitures as seen on the pictures, and there’s also a smaller double available which will be similarly furnished before move-in (or left unfurnished if preferred). Both rooms are for single occupancy only.
The bathroom is to be shared by the two lodgers while the communal areas include
kitchen, living areas, laundry facilities and garden. The house also has high-speed WiFi and plenty of storage in the garage.
All bills are included in the rent.
