You share the kitchen with three other tenants, you have your own double locking wall unit, a freezer drawer and fridge shelf. There is a sit in smoke shelter on the forecourt for any smokers. All tenants are professionals which is ideal if you want a quiet house.
There are shops a short walk at the end of the road, a doctors surgery at the other end and the promenade 4-5 mins walk.
