Fully furnished front double en-suite bedroom with ottoman bed for storage, wall mounted TV, WiFi included. Your own shower room en-suite. All bills ie:- Council tax, gas, water, TV licence included, you only pay for your rooms electric via a metro meter, which you can do online or at the morrisons shop across the road. You share the kitchen with three other tenants, you have your own double locking wall unit, a freezer drawer and fridge shelf. There is a sit in smoke shelter on the forecourt for any smokers. All tenants are professionals which is ideal if you want a quiet house.
There are shops a short walk at the end of the road, a doctors surgery at the other end and the promenade 4-5 mins walk.
This is a modern, clean, quiet house only clean tidy people need apply.
The rooms are cleaned once a week, which is flexible around your rota. So no cleaning will be done when you are relaxing on your day off.
No visitors day or night this keeps the house peaceful for everyone.
