Apartment 4 is ready and viewing will begin on Monday 16th February so please share ...I'll keep it to my current shortlist and Facebook friends for a few days before adding it to the landlord sites etc.

Its a second floor self contained apartment with separate toilet/ shower ( combined) in Central Blackpool FY1.

Monthly direct debit includes gas/ electric/ water/ council tax and free WiFi. So everything included..

450 per month (wont get cheaper) . Universal credit accepted in some circumstances, but obviously a working entertainer is preferable to fit with the genre.

Clean and tidy person is my preference!

Furnished and large tv available at a 10 pound monthly cost if required. The one in the pic is for photo purposes only.... Must have own tv firestick( most have their own smart tv though ) .
