Looking for a female house mate. I have a fully furnished, double en-suite room available in a great house within walking distance of the town centre with off street parking. This is a unique house so please come and view before dismissing..... You won't be disappointed! The current rent is 80pw - 350pm. The house is massive so there is plenty of space and lots of original features which creates a very warm and inviting home. Everyone who has lived at the house has found it very homely and social. There are two lounges a morning room, utility room and cellar, plenty of room plus extra storage if required. There are TV's in the downstairs rooms and dining table with corner settee. Apart from the usual the kitchen also has dishwasher and range cooker. There is a utility room with two washing machines. All bills and secure broadband internet are included.

I am a live in landlord. This is my home too so am very respectful of others.

Local shops are within walking distance.

Warbreck House (Civil Service) 20 minute walk.

Peel Park (Civil Service) 6 miles.

Blackpool & Fylde College 3 miles

Blackpool Victoria Hospital 3 miles

Stanley Park and Sports Centre is 2 miles from the house

Blackpool Town Centre and Blackpool North train station is only an 8 minute walk. The train takes you direct to Preston so is also an option for those who are maybe working or studying in Preston City Centre.

Bispham town centre is 2 miles away and has more shops and a supermarket (Sainsbury's)

I stayed with Chris for a couple of months while new to the area. He was very welcoming immediately, and really helped the transition to a new place.
The house was always clean, very spacious, with plenty of options for a spot to hang out in the evening.
My room was decorated well, again very spacious and clean and with an en suite, was the ideal setup for me while doing the weekly commute.
Thanks to Chris I had an excellent, albeit brief stay and would recommend to anyone. Drew
