We’ve got available to rent a simple, cheap and cheerful average sized bedsit with own kitchenette. The bedsit is located on the top (second) floor of a large semi-detached house in the South Shore area of Blackpool.

Exact property location: Withnell Road, South Shore, Blackpool, FY1 4HE

This bedsit comes with the following:
- 2-seat sofa
- Low level wooden magazine table with shelving
- Two chairs
- Bamboo table (suitable for putting stuff on, but not really for writing on)
- Large, non main street facing window which enjoys a healthy amount of sunshine during the day

Would suit a non fussy single person but naturally couples are welcome.

One of the walls is lined with kitchen units, work top and sink.

// SHOWER / TOILET

Shower / toilet wise there are two three piece bathrooms at the property (shared with four other tenants with your nearest one being shared with one other tenant) each comprising of wash basin, toilet and shower. One bathroom is on your floor and the other on the floor below. There is also a separate toilet on the floor below.

// INTERNET

Officially the property comes without internet – however some of the other tenants have had their own landlines connected so depending on your relationship with them you may be able to arrange access. Broadband speeds of up to 17MB download (on a standard connection – fibre is not yet available in the area) can be achieved at the property and we’re happy for you to install a fresh landline right into your room so you have your own internet / WiFi connection.

// PARKING

There is plenty of free on street parking in front of the property.

You share your floor with one other bedsit and one self-contained flat (the self-contained flat has it’s own bathroom). The property is quiet and has two lockable outer doors as well as naturally your own door lock.

// RENT

Rent is a very affordable £ 200. 00 per calendar month and includes:
- Gas
- Water
- Council Tax

Your rent excludes:
- TV licence
- Electricity (your bedsit has it’s own prepayment / top up electricity meter so you only pay for what you use. Our bedsit tenants currently at the property on average spend around £10. 00 – £15. 00 on electricity top up cards per calendar month)

The bedsit is available right away and minimum stay is one calendar month.
