Double room in converted loft

I have a lovely converted loft double room available. Completely furnished also with a 42" flatscreen tv. The property is a 4 bedroomed Victorian terrace so is quite large. Rent includes all bills(council tax, utilities etc). Have wifi and all amenities. The house is situated 10 mins walk from the town centre one way and a 15 min walk the other way to Victoria hospital. There are two females here who are quite laid back and friendly. One is a nurse. So suitable for NHS staff. This is a friendly environment but it is not a party house.. Female applicants preferred please and must be in full time employment and a non smoker.
