Double Room In Norbreck

Lovely double room (for one person) in a quiet house in Norbreck, Room is furnished and has smart tv and fast broadband. Shared bathroom (with 1 other person) with bath and shower. Shared kitchen and dining room (with 2 other people). There is on street free parking and I am quite close to the prom and tram service, there are bus stops close by.
All the bills are included and use of the washing machine.
The house is kept clean and tidy, it is heated by gas central heating combi boiler, so always plenty of hot water.
There is one other lodger living upstairs at the moment. I live in a self contained basement flat, I use the kitchen and front room occasionally but I will usually be in my flat.
