The modern bathroom, is next door, on the same floor, has both a step in shower plus a bath (wc and sink with storage too!). This room shares a bathroom with 2 other considerate housemates. There is also an additional downstairs wc.

This really is a fantastic location, on Bryan Road - a quiet tree lined street, 15 minutes walking distance to the hospital and the town centre, or a short stroll to the bus stop. On the door step is Stanley Park, Blackpool Sports Centre, gyms and local pubs and shops.
