On the lovely Bryan Road, just 15 minutes walk to the hospital, and close to local amenities. The house is huge - set across 3 spacious floors providing both privacy for housemates, along with the convenience of co-living.

+ Newly redecorated large shared lounge to relax in, with Smart TV and Netflix included
+ Full gas central heating with smart control for comfort and high capacity hot water system

+ Cleaner provided for shared areas
+ A genuinely great bunch of friendly, considerate housemates - all 'twentysomethings' including Drs at the hospital and Engineers, we are looking for considerate housemates to join the house

About the bedrooms-

About our double - great size first floor double bedroom, furnished with queen double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers., with plush grey carpet. The modern bathroom, is next door on the same floor, has both a step in shower plus a bath (wc and sink with storage too!).

Location, location, location...

This really is a fantastic location, on Bryan Road - a quiet tree lined street, 15 minutes walking distance to the hospital and the town centre, or a short stroll to the bus stop. On the door step is Stanley Park, Blackpool Sports Centre, gyms and local pubs and shops.
