I need this property taken over ASAP as I’m leaving university, MUST BE STUDENT, it includes;

Large en suite with toilet, sink shower and towel radiator
Large windows in both bedroom and bathroom with views of nelson square which includes a number of bars and a shopping centre less than a minutes walk away and a ten minutes tops walk to the university! The accommodation also includes a lift, kitchen shared with 4 other people, a large common room newly furnished this year, a gym just for tenants, a court yard and security door men every night. The property is very secure and needs key fobs to get into the building, different hall ways and kitchens. Cleaners and maintenance men are always around if you have any problems, it’s a lovely place to live but as I’m leaving uni I need it taking over.
