Total Respect

I am 30 year old women looking for someone to share my house I have a spare double room with small wardrobes and a double bed side draws and a large mirror, there is a post office and shops over the road and bus stops into Bolton town centre 2 mins at the top of the road only 10 mins into the centre of Bolton, the room is 400 pcm or weekly pay of 100 pound I do not mind how it is paid as long as it is paid on time, I want someone that is clean and tidy and that will Respect the house like there own, I work night shifts so mostly sleeping during the day and working at night I have a large garden and a drive way, I would say I’m very friendly and I respect others privacy I am outgoing and love to be out and about so not really at home.
