We have a light and airy South facing double bedroom that has become available.

Communal areas are spacious and clean.
There are 2 lounges - one has a wood burning fireplace and is great for reading, relaxing, listening to music. The other has a TV, sofas and a pool table.

Facilities in the house include a large main bathroom, a shower room, and a downstairs loo.

There's plenty of space to park, good motorway links from Junction 4 of the M61 and Cutacre country park is close by, offering acres of green space for walking, running and cycling.
