Available from September 7, 2022. Two rooms remain out of the four in the house both are on the first floor. The others are rented to two male students from September . They don’t know each other yet.
This is a beautifully presented 4 bed student house. Large enough to feel you can find your own space but with a large lounge with TV so you can hangout with your new flat mates . It is in a student friendly area within walking distance of Bolton Uni and a train station to Bolton, Salford and Manchester. On a main bus route and near Metro taxi office. It is also near several shops, take-always and small super markets for shopping needs. It is also only a couple of miles to beautiful walks round reservoirs such as Jumbles and Wayoh and other woodland etc
Both remaining rooms are on the first floor and have double beds and are fully furnished for student needs. Each room also contains a flat screen TV (licence included) wardrobe, drawers, desk and comfy desk chair (not pictured as we replaced these) Two bathrooms are on the first floor. Both have showers, one also has a corner bath.
There is a large, well equipped lounge/ dining room with TV, leather sofas, freshly decorated and new carpets where needed.
Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine with large, separate 7KG dryer.
Outside there is a decking area with false grass, a planted garden section and room for one car. Ample parking in street to rear.
A WiFi allowance of £20 per household per month is included.
Note we ONLY rent to Full Time students, 11 months minimum contract.
The law requires we tell you the council tax band which is A but note that students are exempt and do not have to pay it while they are students..
