🍃Beautiful house in Cul de Sac 🏡

I’m looking for someone to live with my lovely tenant in this cosy place as their roommate is moving out.

I am a live out landlord, but have lived in this cosy little house before with the current tenant.

Due to a job offer, I live abroad, but will do virtual check ins and face-to-face visits to check if everything is okay when I visit my friends and family in the UK (don't worry I'll give you plenty of notice for this) 🌍

The room available has it's own en-suite. The room will have a side table, double bed and spacious wardrobe as well as storage space within the house and garden as well.

The whole house will be furnished, so you are welcome to just move in with your belongings and really make it your home.

If you have other furniture that you would like to bring with you, then that can also be arranged, just let me know.

You’ll have access to all of the shared areas like the living room, kitchen and garden as I want you to feel as much at home as possible 😌

There is a parking space available if you have a car, but also a 5 minute walk to a bus stop which has buses to Wigan and Bolton. Daisy Hill train station is a 15 minute walk away and Westhoughton train station is 25 minutes away, both having direct links to Manchester City Centre if you fancy heading there. ☺️

So a little bit about my current tenant; She’s very easy going and loves animals. She’s shared with others before, so is used to living with other people. She is a working professional, but doesn't mind living with students if needed. Both tenants would regularly cook together, chill and watch films together and go out and about. She is also really creative and amazing at drawing!

There is a lovely little cat who is living in the house if you wanted some extra company. Her name is Luna and she is very friendly, she will take a while to get used to you, but when she does, she will love the attention.

As advertised, some bills are included, these are the water bill and council tax. You will have to cover your gas and electricity and internet bill.
