Spacious, furnished double room in Bromley Cross

My house is in the desirable Bromley Cross area of Bolton. The area is quiet and pleasant, with shops, pubs and restaurants a short walk away, and with many routes to enjoy the nearby countryside.

I am an IT consultant and my hobbies include running, cycling, swimming, gym and meditation. The other lodger works in hospitality. We're looking for a quiet, respectful housemate who is not a heavy drinker.

The room is a spacious attic double room with a lovely view. It is furnished with: double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair and TV stand. Shared spaces available are: lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (with bath and shower). We have fast Virgin internet and TV with Amazon Prime. There is on street parking.
