The room is lovely decorated with additional hung canvas pictures and blackout blinds.

YOUR SHARED SPACE

Within our property you will find a large open plan kitchen, decorated to a high standard with walnut worktops and high gloss units.
It includes fan assisted oven, five burner gas hob, microwave, American Fridge Freezer and Washing Machine.

As you move on the kitchen opens out to a large dining/sitting area, with a six seater solid wood dining table, leather three seater reclining sofa, and more kitchen storage. Each tenant has their own individual labelled storage in the kitchen and diner.

There are two bathrooms, Bathroom one tiled top to bottom in a beautiful designer finish. Includes the usual WC, wash hand basin and power shower.

Larger spacious bathroom two, again tiled top to bottom in a beautiful designer finish. Same amenities as bathroom one with larger power shower.

Your whole property is heated by new gas central heating which is serviced and maintained.

THE AREA

As you venture out, you are already in a prime town centre location with an easy five minute walk to the main Bolton shopping precincts and university.
The train station is also five minutes away with then only a ten minute train journey to Manchester.
There are gyms and health clubs, chemist, doctors, supermarkets (Morrison's and Sainsbury's), and a large park, also all within five minutes for you.

You can catch a bus to Horwich and Chorley including the Makron stadium and enormous Middlebrook retail park, or in a car there are easy links to the
motorway and large shopping retail parks by car.
