Looking for new flatmate as friend is moving out

2 bed flat in a nice estate on buckshaw village. Room is a small double. All bills included for 400 a month. Can be slightly flexible with that price as that includes BT TV which i am happy to pay for if youre not much of a TV watcher. Room will be unfurnished but rest of the flat is. If you drive we have a parking spot and i currently dont have a car so would be yours to use. I am a chef so work a lot but very easy to get along with. Viewings welcome. Any more info just ask 😁. The bed pictured in the room will be going with the remaining furniture from that room and a few of the bags that are seen upstairs. Just waiting my friend to come pick them up.
