Room to rent in a house with a dog!

Double room to rent in a 3 storey house. Just me and my dog living here, I work full time 4 days per week. Oscar is a 7 year old Airedale Terrier, he's very friendly, excitable when people come in but soon calms down, can be a bit noisy! He is occasionally at home whilst I'm at work.

The room has a 3/4 bed and a large 3 dr wardrobe. There's a main shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/lounge, kitchen has
washer, small coffee machine, no dryer or microwave. There's also a downstairs toilet. Good sized garden that gets plenty of sun and parking.

Sky tv and broadband.
Bills included.

House is a 10/15 minute walk from train staion, buckshaw tesco and other shops etc.

Looking for someone friendly, clean/tidy and respectful, must be a non smoker.
Available to rent from early Aug, (potentially late July) until end of November. Reference will be required.
