Double room for rent in Buckshaw Village

Hi, i'm Alan, 49.. I currently have a 4 double bedroom detached property in the popular Buckshaw Village. I have a double room for rent.

My property is clean and tidy and have most of the amenities you would need including fibre sky broadband and tv with sky in room. Washing machine, tumble dryer, garage/loft storage space and good sized kitchen, utility. I have a decent sized patio area and garden with table and chairs.

The house is located at the heart of Buckshaw Village and is in walking distance of Tesco, Aldi, pubs, train station, shops, restaurants, school, doctors and community centre. Also close to M61 and M6 motorways for commuting.

I am an easy going lad and like to think i get on with anyone regardless of age, sex, background.

I have an twelve year old son who doesn't live with me full time, however has his own room and stays with me some weekends.

I've had many housemates over the last 10 years, young, older and different nationalities and retained some great friends. Maybe current situation would suit a female as my other housemate is a 19 year old girl. I'm open to consider all options though.
