Double room in beautiful new build house

Hi there

Unfortunately, one of my lodgers has had to leave to care for his mother. We are both gutted, as he loved living here and I loved him being here!

I therefore now have a cosy double room to rent out, which is on a separate floor to me, as the live in landlady (see Bedroom 1 picture for measurements). Therefore you would be a lodger and not a tenant.

It’s a huge room, with a large built in wardrobe. It’s even got a tv integrated into the bed!

The separate bathroom would be shared with just one other male lodger.

We live in a new-build 3 storey town house (ex show-home) and the new lodger would also share the main lounge, south facing garden and kitchen. There are two parking spots at the rear of the property.

The house is located within Buckshaw Village and is only an 8 minute walk from the train station and there are regular direct trains into Preston, Chorley, Blackpool and Manchester.

I've got Sky TV, internet connection and a further TV in the kitchen.

All bills included.

Must love minature long haired sausage dogs, as I have three!

I consider myself to be laidback and have a warm and open personality. ( My 25 year old daughter is here for dinner a few nights during the week).
