A newly refurbished 4 double bedroom student house share in Burnley with two rooms being En Suite (taken). There is also a large, open plan, communal kitchen diner with all appliances included.
All rooms are fully furnished and newly carpeted including the communal areas. Our units are provided with a television in the communal living area, pots and pans, dinner service and cutlery. The idea is that you arrive with your bag, towels and bedding, everything else is provided.
The rooms include, double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.
All bills are included in the rent as is the Internet/WIFI. The house is located on Pink Street which is in easy reach of Burnley UCLAN. The centre of town is just a 15 minute bus journey away and offers a selection of bespoke retailers, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
