We have 8 fully furnished 2 and 3 bed apartments offered to let on a room by room basis. Apartments are located on first and second floor levels and include a number of duplex style apartments.

All rooms are fully furnished, each apartment has modern fitted kitchens with white goods installed including kettles, toasters, fridge freezers and washer dryers. Each apartment has a minimum of one fully fitted shower : bathroom, some with en-suite facilities are available.

Renovated to a high standard in 2019 with all relevant safety features installed including smoke and fire systems, the property is centrally located in Burnley with excellent access to both the Hospital and to the University and college complex’s, and only a short walk from the town centre, and Colne Road shops are on the door step.
