Hi there, i'm Adam, I live in Burnley i'm 37, pretty chilled guy, work hard and like to be busy. I've got 2 dogs and a cat, all very friendly, and love company but quite happy to be left downstairs while you relax in your room if you choose. I also have my daughter come for tea sometimes during the week, and she sleeps one day at the weekend.
Your space would be, a large double room on the top floor of a townhouse, furnished, with a SmartTV, and ample cupboard space. The room comes with a shower en suite. This room is ideal for a lodger as it's seperated from the rest of the house being on the top floor, it has 2 windows to let in plenty of air and light. It really is a good space.
The house itself is on a quiet estate with good motorway access. There is plenty of parking at the front of the house or the side. On the ground floor is a toilet, living area and a kitchen with dining area. The house has Broadband and a Washing Machine. I hang dry my clothes.
To the front and the side, is a grassed area. In the back garden, I have a weight area, for training, a grass area and a patio area with seating.
The house is ideally located for access to the M65 motorway. About 5 minutes drive to town, local shops sell most neccessities.
I'm a very responsible person and I expect the person who moves in to be the same. Saying that i'm up for a laugh and conversation. I want this to feel like your home aswell as mine, but respect is key.
The room is available from around the 19th August.
Any short term lets will incur an additional cost to be agreed.
The rent will be paid in advance.
