House share - Room to rent in lovely fully furnished home,
Own room and bathroom and rest of house & facilities shared.

This is not your average house share so looking for someone who can fit in and treat my furniture and facilities with due care and respect and cleanliness.
I work from home some of the time so need to take that into account.

You will have:
• a nice airy room (bed & ample wardrobes provided)
• your own spacious bathroom (with bath & shower, sink & WC).

Rest of the house. Shared use of:
• Large lounge with sofa, armchairs & big TV etc
• Large dining room with big TV
• Fully equipped kitchen - You will have your own designated cupboards and a large fridge-freezer for your own stuff.
• Utility room with Washing machine
• Fully equipped gym
• Lots of parking around the house
• Some storage may be available in another room (by arrangement)

 Situated in quiet area, Near to Town & all facilities
 Close to shops (Aldi=3min walk, Tesco=8min walk, Spar=2min)
 Burnley town center & bus station 10min walk. Various Bus stops 1min walk away.
 Train Station=10min walk.
 Close to Towneley Park (main gates just 2min walk)
