Newly carpeted room in house share

Decent sized room that can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what you want. New carpet throughout the house. Really good WiFi , massive garden at the back with brand new furniture Shared living room. Kitchen with lots of storage and all the amenities you could need including washer dryer. I am the owner of the house and work away a lot so am only home around 4 nights a week. One other lad in other bedroom. I am ideally looking for someone around my age who can be a good laugh as well as a housemate. If there’s any other info you need please let me know 💪
